This please Shabranigdo. Both are excellent fics, but the Dark Lord questions the order and category of the judging. While White Knight, Grey Queen fits extraordinarily well in this category, He thinks that Ascenion would fit better in the Best INdependent Harry Fanfiction. In it, Harry completely rebels against Dumbledore, and shatters everyone's allusions of their Golden Boy.
Again, the Dark Lord Shabranigdo, first born of the Chaos, Mother of All and Nothing, would like to state his digust thst Darklordpotter.net would make him a filthly muggle. Being dubbed a mortal is bad enough, but it brings shame and fury to Him to be called weak scum. THis will be rectified as soon as His Divine Darkness can spare the time. Beware, for the Dragon Slave will destroy you.
Vash would like to remind Vorlon that he isnt fooling anyone with the new name...

I don't think this is him. I don't know. Granted this guy is obnoxious referring to himself in the third person, but he hasn't REALLY insulted anybody. I don 't like it, but let's not kill the guy.

Dark Lord Shabranigdo is displeased. He is in no way connected to Vorlorn666, and takes offense at Vash's statement. If you would be careful with your comments in the future, Shabrsanigdo would be grateful, as strange a concept as that is for Him.
But in all seriousness, this profile is not related to Vorlorn666. It was slightly insulting to Shabranigdo, and He imangines, Vorlorn as well. Please keep accusations of His Divine Darkness to a minimium, lest He smite you with the Dragon Slave. (See Signaturre for Incantation)

Personally, I don't mind. But if admins and bunch of other members wants you to stop, you should probably listen to them.
As far as I know there's no rule here against what you're doing, it's just hard to discuss anything with a person who's constantly refering to himself in 3rd face. God-speech could be funny if used sporadically, but no one will take your arguments and oppinions seriously if they have to comb through your evil sermons (be they funny or not) to find out what the fuck you're trying to say.

Yeah, I finally figured that out. I decided to stop, with some encouragement. Not that I'm being sarcastic or anything.
Still< I was pissing people off, and it does not do to make enemies of the Administrators. Yeah, so maybe I can start over?
Like you said, occasional God-Like otne might be funny, but not constantly. It irks a lot of people, and they had o problems whatsoever letting me know about it.
P.S. Like the signature? It's the incantation to the Reasl Shabrabigdo's Spell, Dragon Slave.
That's ok really, no harm done (people here like to bash/rant at things so you were very convenient :-)
As for the admins, you should probably bring back to life the almighty Lord Shabranigdo once in a while - they shouldn't get too complacent, lol.
BTW, you should probably introduce yourself by oppening up a thread in the "introduction" section (if we haven't scared you away?)
PS Don't have a clue what that means...

The dynamics of 3rd person speech are simple...
Every once and a while (used sparingly) its pretty funny... But every post is to much and gets rather annoying.

Then I realized the universal truth of 3rd person funniness, it goes from mildly entertaining to painfully annoying if done to much.

i've jsut noticed that there seem to be a large number of new members who are called Lord something or Dark lord something and think they're God. Is it an epidemic or something?
A lot of new members seem to be taking the anti-ginnyness to extremes as well form what I've seen.

Personally I think there should be a rule against this officially. I mean there are a lot of people who come here (with quite sizeable egos) who feel the need to live up to their "dark lord" name and constantly use ridiculous language and horrendous third person. I mean if we're going to slap them with a wet fish for doing it, may as well make it official.
