I didn't even know that they are making one, but the trailer was surprisingly funny.

    Trailer.

Will Arnet as Batman and Liam Neeson as Bad Cop?

    Morgan Freeman as Vitruvius Man?

    What?

I will definitely see this stoned. It's the only way.

Now you listen here and you listen good. LEGO is fucking amazing and everyone knows it, it is a scientifically proven fact.

You will go see this movie and you will enjoy it. Or else there will be no candy after breakfast, young man.

Ah, but is this film going to be about Lego, or just set in a world of Lego?

Because if the characters can things apart and then build giant dinosaurJCBplanes, that'd be fucking amazing. If it's just a typical adventure story, but everything in it is made of Lego, then it might not be quite so amazing.

To be fair, you posted your response right after mine and you used the phrase "You will". It's kind of hard to not take that as a response to whatever is posted right before it.

Is it wrong for me to be more excited about this than the Avengers 2?

So I just heard about this. My first thought seeing the title of the trailer was that it's fan made or some kind of joke, but then I watched it. Oh boy, ohboyohboyohboyohboy. I'm so game for a LEGO movie.

I'm really curious as to what old school sets they will break out for this! I would love to see some of the Space Police, or the commemorative sets like the Lakers (which was pictured). Really looking forward to hear more about this!

I doubt it'll happen, but I'd love to see some Bionicle characters. But it's just too much awesome.

Bionicle was the worst thing LEGO ever did... I so hated them...

I hated what became of them. When they first came out, Bionicle was the shit. Besides, they weren't nearly as bad as one of the alien sets from the late 90's. That stuff was ugly as sin.

Bionicle was always awful. I'd get the monthly Lego magazines, and I'd skip right over the bionicle comics since they were shit (and go straight to the fan lego picture section), and the sets were shit as well. And yes, I do have a few of them since I'd be gifted them for birthday parties and the like by people who must have hated me back then.

Anyways, It's no secret that I'm a huuuuuuge Lego nerd, so I'll have to see the movie a few dozen times even if it's awful.
