The Agency dropped from fanfiction.net?

The story "The Agency" was dropped from fanfiction.net this weekend. It is an independent Jarry story where he joins a secret government Agency under the direction of Mad Eye. The Weaseley Twins are also members. Does anyone know the author? Where it might be now?

On the author's profile page he wrote:

After long consideration, I've decided to take The Agency down for some remodeling and focus solely on A New Destiny. With college and classes, I don't have as much time as I'd like to focus on two stories. The Agency will be put back up, but it will be a while.

So this is one time when FF.net's insanity isn't the reason.
