I found this notice in a Brazilian site, so I'll translate to English (be kind, my grammar sucks).

Singapore: smeller (I don't know if this word really exists, but didn't find any other to put here...) of armpits is sentenced to incarceration
A man with the obsession with smelling women armpits was condemned to 14 years of arrest and 18 lashes by the court of Justice of Singapore, after being considered a “public danger”.
The defendant, of 36 years, who apparently suffers from insanity, was declared guilty of 23 cases of siege of women which he approached in order to smell and touch armpits when in elevators or other public places with them.

You usually write better English than that translation, I think. I'm not a native English speaker either, so I probably shouldn't be doing this, but I think:
-'Cingapura' is Singapore
-'condemned to be arrest' is probably 'sentenced to incarceration'
-'with the craze to smell armpits' could read 'obsessed with smelling armpits' or 'fetish' or something
-'whips' reads better as 'lashes'
-'that apparently suffers' is 'who apparently suffers'
-the end is totally screwed up...

I know... But it's just so much worse to translate expressions - I get confused. When I'm writing, I think in English, so it's easier.

French is supposed to be my best language. English is fine, but some things don't come naturally (say, legal jargon). I agree though, translating isn't as easy as knowing two languages rather well.

At least edit the translation, and the topic as well wouldn't hurt.
