    I've been getting plenty of emails from ff.net, but no story update alerts.

    Update Alerts are the key words, there are other others like New Story by author or Added Story to community alerts I believe.

    Alternatively, couldn't you just download the app and check you're followed through that?

    I got a couple of emails telling me my story had gotten new reviews but they aren't there when I load the reviews. It's been a couple of days and it is still the same. Anyone else having the same problem?

    That problem pops a couple times a year. New reviews don't load. Just have to wait. FFN staff suck ass, don't bother with them.
