    I managed to score 34 points in my pick ems in the group stage (still not sure how though), which is good because nothing is going how I'd expected it to go in the knockout stages. If everything goes according to the way things have been turning out so far; it's going to be a C9 vs G2 final with either Sneaky's Sivir or the Hjarnandonger clutching it in game 5. ...I miss the certainty our old SKT overlords used to bring to these events.

    The problem with her E is the freaking huge area it takes up just lying there on the ground. It makes any sort of team fight a real pain in the arse. And I'd be happy to start up a team for clash, but I've realized that I've been playing mostly ARAM for the past 2 years (oops). I'm a decent top/ADC otherwise though (I think).

    Scouting looks good and all, but it's not like people will bother 99% of the time; if anything, I expect a slightly more organized version of solo-queue madness,. That said, clash requires a pre-made team of 5, which has pretty much already put it out of my reach.

    Bad meta for him I think. The lack of carry jungles and general catch up mechanism introduced this season mean that he just can't perform like he did last year. He had some pretty good games on J4 in the tournament, I don't know why they didn't let him play that in the finals. Huni on the other hand was performing pretty well, but then again he was given his comfort picks of carry top laners/split pushers like Gnar and Trundle.

    It felt like KT was still tilted off that reverse sweep (and by SKT screwing them over, again, by losing to LZ). I'd like to say I'm surprised, but not really. I'm hoping for LZ to carry the spirit of the ROX 2016 squad forward- they certainly do have the play-style for it.

    Wasn't too impressed by the animation either, to be honest (login animation is pretty nice though). Then again, I didn't really see the need for another Lux skin too- I'd much rather have a new Jhin skin.

    Just had my third game in a row of a crappy Lux support. Couldn't land the binds or ults, couldn't even land the slow so I could have something to proc Jhin's bind. And it's prolly just going to get worse once the new skins come out -.-

    Heard several new items + lethality stat means assassins are a go again, especially against low mobility, squish adcs (like the ones i main). on top of that im not too sure about the changes to the fervor mastery, but i guess i'll see how that does in game.

    Honestly both top and jungle are so varied that you can do pretty much anything there, but it can be really hard to excel. I play em as my off role, Rammus and Rumble mostly. But yeah, as another adc main, I'm not looking forward to the league of assassins. My Jhin is going to get dumpstered, even with the new lethality stat. Thinking of picking up Ezrael or Lucian for them quick escapes.

    Yeah, I get you guys. SSG, while on a roll, goes for the classic Korean style of clean and crisp play- and nobody does that better than SKT. Maybe they can grab a game or two if they can take the early game initiative, but that also depends, imo, whether SKT play Blank or Bengi. EDIT: using mf as my adc main today as per usual, only for my sup to pick ashe. apparently they 'prefer mf but i picked her so...' :facepalm

    mf support isnt a soloq deal, you just dont have that level of communication or even the same objectives that you see in worlds. not to mention she's almost solely to counter the zyra. love her as an adc with deathfire though.

    Game 3 was perhaps my favorite game of the tournament so far. Bit sad though, really wanted Rox to go all the way this time. EDIT: support mf again, genuinely afraid to go the solo queue now. even though i main mf as adc :P

    FW basically wailed on Faker who had no backup from his jungler. He still had a very solid game, that maneuvering on Cass to avoid Sol's orbs was pretty slick, but when you're getting camped, you're getting camped. Which is surprising, honestly, because the Olafs we saw before all had pretty good jungle pressure.

    Forget the Lee Sins in solo queue, I'm just waiting for the support Brands and general mage-carry-supports to swamp my queue. As an adc main the thought terrifies me. But, honestly, this week gives me hope that the worlds isn't going to be a cut and dried affair. The very real possibility of another Rox vs SKT final was not appealing.

    I'm the type of guy who doesn't mind mistakes from pro teams as long as they're entertaining and not blatantly stupid, but if I had to choose I'd definitely go for watching two highly skilled teams trying to pull off impossible outplays for slight advantages leading to victory.

    Go Illaoi support. I hadn't seen it too often recently until I landed one yesterday. Test of spirit + Kog's long range rapid-fire = bot lane constantly backing. After the first gank (which failed spectacularly) I swear even their jungler was tilted. Good times :D

    just started lol on the euw server under yolojedi after attempting to get into dota and failing. just rounding up on lvl6 with 1500 IP in hand and im wondering whether to buy a champion or save up for now? if it helps i've discovered a fondness for marskmen style champions and a liking for the bot lane.
