That's why she's my avatar. I thought she might have been from a manga, and was willing to go read it, no matter how bad it might have been, but was disappointed to find it was an original. =P

It's from an Original Artist (I think) on AnimePaper.net. Here's the link to the original image. Was getting bored of Ferris as my avatar, so went through my Wallpapers folder until I found a good one and cropped her out. =P
