Hey, i've been a lurker for awhile and thought that it was about time that i posted something in the intro. I started reading Harry Potter fanfiction awhile ago, then moved onto other fanfics like naruto. I mainly like alternate universe or crossover with my favorite pairing being Harry/Tonks. I absolutely hate Harry/Ginny pairing and stories that just retell the books (exept worse) with Harry having new powers. Some of my favorite authors are Kalistar, phoenix catcher, viperflame and shezza. well thats about it for my intro.

Also try running your text by the spell checker, it always makes things easier for everyone.

Well read the Rules, Stickies, and FAQ's.

Having done that you should get along fine.

Although I strongly suggest you alter the format of your post, and take the time to expand upon it a bit more.

Maybe some interests, hobbies, likes/dislikes. You know RL info, to let us know you are not some bot.

Read the Restricted Section too, we have a few Harry/Tonks fics in there I believe.

Don't post uselessly, other than Spam of course...enjoy your stay.

Welcome, would you care to elaborate on your favorite pairings. When stating you enjoy Au's, do you mean when Harry is raised by different people, mentored, turned into the Girl-Who-Lived to buy make-up?

Why don't you like Harry/Ginny? It's easy to just say you don't like it to get in good with the members of this site, but what reasons do you have?

Post intelligently and you will do fine.

Welcome to DLP. I suggest reading the Independent section and Dark Arts section if you don't want to read Canon/Pussy!Harry. (I can't stand those types myself). Hope you enjoy your stay at DLP.

I like anime, drawing, reading (mostly fantasy), games, going to parties and the colour purple. Currently i'm in yr 12 at school. I swear my teachers are evil, in two days i recieved 5 essays to do

As for my like/dislike in pairings, i dislike Ginny because she's like a fangirl and just as a character i dislike her.
Also i don't like Hermione, i see her as a know-it-all, not that being smart is a bad thing, but i used to know this kid who would always sprout useless info and it really anoyed me and Hermione reminds me of him.

...For the sake of... gah. It's 'I' not 'i'. I mean, I suck at grammar and usage, but come on. The site has a spell-checker, I don't see how anyone could not use it when we obviously hold our members to a high standard of spelling.

That would be because I V-Graded yr 11, and ended up going to another college and doing yr 11 again.
