iirc, Ambient has a crazy Romilda following Harry around. You might have read it though.

The Fire Omens and everything by its author. Pure wordgasm. It's short stuff, oneshots serving mainly as character sketches, but god every single word of it is beautiful. Besides that... There are quite a lot Voldemort-centric fics in my Favorites list, let me see what other recommendations I can make. A word of warning though, I've read most of these a long time ago and don't remember much, so I can't vouch for their quality. (However, I've heard about them mostly through DLP and I think a great deal of them are in the Library, in case that means anything to you.) Also, most of these are set in his youth, before having fully adopted his Lord Voldemort persona just yet, so the narration will usually refer to him as Tom.

The Broken Victory is one of the first fanfics I've ever read, written before HBP (so there's no concept of Horcruxes and the scenes from Voldemort's youth which have been introduced in HBP via Pensieve memories don't appear). Follows Tom from before Hogwarts up until the end of his 7th year.

Spoiler (highlight to show):

Grindelwald appears here as a main villain, obviously in a very different posture than we're shown in DH, since all the author had about him was a name written on the back of Dumbledore's Chocolate Frog card.

I suppose Eternal Return could qualify too -- it's something a bit different here, a oneshot of Harry reliving Voldemort's life, over and over again, so the narrative voice is someone halfway between them, in a way.

There's some other stuff here too, but I don't recall these ones well enough to describe them, and/or are too short: Stygian (oneshot, good writing, stream-of-consciousness), Honesty's Worth (pre-Hogwarts, explores how young Tom interacts with some other children), The Crown of Mètis (Voldemort, aged 30, in Albania (?); don't remember this one much).

Well, that would be it for now (if I remember anything else, I'll let you know). Also interested in recommendations, BTW.

Theres a ton of stories where Harry gets sent back in time to Hogwarts during Bellatrix's time and they end up hooking up. Are there any of the same premise but he ends up with Narcissa?

Sadly, not only is that not time travel, it's a total crapfic.
One Last Chance by ZeroTheDestroyer (of this parish) qualifies, although it ends as soon as it gets going.
A quick search throws up The age of Miracles is Past which seems to qualify from the summary. No idea if it's any good or not.
