    I have it selected but I still see 12-Hour Time Format (eg, 11:15 PM).

    I noticed that the dates only show in US format - switching to European does not work.

    That field was for vBulletin. I'll see if it's possible to override the date formats again.

    Since 2-3 days ago, selecting the 24 hour time format in preferences does nothing. Everything still displays in a 12 hour time format.
