Shameless self-bump because... well. Why not. First update on ff.net in a year and a half, and its about the size for 2-3 of the last chapters together.

I got bored, figured I'd write on it. Yay?

    Dear Lord, you fucking updated!

I re-read this on FFN when you posted on WbA, and then I remebered why I have a crush on Romilda. :p

I can already see Romilda riding Harry into the throes of ecstasy on top of Narcissa's cooling body while their surroundings are covered in blood, gore and fire. Now, that's some pretty good shit. :)

BTW, you might want to add scene breakers on FFN. It's kind of confusing to read without.

yeah. I went back and added them today. Part of the reason I stopped updating. The --- I use by default doesn't show up with ff.net's formatting for some reason, so when they switched over, they all ninjavanished. I went :( in RL and stopped writing Ambient, lol.

Well, man, I selfishly hope everything's alright with RL. Your stories are quite good. From Ambient, to The Point, they're all fucking great.

I even enjoyed Bitterweet Dreams (especially that part when Ginny cuts herself open), and I'll admit to being disapointed when you never finished Crimson Rain.

    Anyway, on topic:
I really want to see how Harry takes out Narcissa and her posse and I'm wondering if we'll be seeing more of the Unspeakables. We never did find out what Daphne had to do to get on that list of "people-not-to-heal."

Finally got around to rereading this since I had been waiting for Calz to put up his finished copy, but to be honest, if this is supposed to be the rough draft then I just can't find the words to describe how awesome it will be. What I love about this story the most though, is the fact that you've taken so many characters and just twisted them into something so different and yet we can still recognise them as who they are, and who they used to be.

Everybody we see has been changed because of whatever happened at Hogwarts, and the best part is that all of the changes make sense and have happened for a reason. You've been able to make us care about a character that we're all supposed to hate, not by completly changing her for no reason, but by simply keeping her in character and just developing her.

Overall, this story is easily a 5/5 and one of my favourites on DLP.

I'm less than half-way through currently and this is amazing. Finding original ideas in fanfiction is so hard these days but this story seems to throw things I haven't read before out every other paragraph.
Harry is written like a slightly unhinged Dresden and is immensely enjoyable to read. The duels and battles the author writes are making use of magic in ways I can't remember reading about, and Harry is actually being more than a dumb brute.

Every single slytherin/ravenclaw Harry I read about almost always ends up fighting like a Gryffindor. Their ravenclaw/slytherin traits extend to work ethic so that he knows more spells, but he never actually utilizes strategy. This Harry is competent and clever, and uses more than brute force in the duels he fights.

Coupled with the original and realistic characterizations, it makes this story extremely entertaining and well-done.

    5/5.

In honor of Calz Week, an update has occurred.

Your eye-sockets are required to observe this, the second-largest single chapter of the story, and also one in which things happen the advance that thing called the plot that has been playing mole to everyone's mallet in this wonderful game of Whac-A-Mole.

For the Republic! For the Emperor! And for Calz Week!
