This wasn't in the Library, but it definitely should be. 5/5 stuff in my opinion - I haven't laughed that hard in a while.

I won't spoil the ending, as I'm certain you'll be surprised by it. Definitely not what I was expecting. Anyway, there isn't much more than I can say without ruining it, so just go read it. It's well written and entertaining, which you'd expect coming from Grinning Lizard.

I actually thought it was pretty fucking terrifying, not in the "shit your pants" way but in the "doom slowly creeps behind you" way.

Except for the ending, which was fucking hilarious.

Oh, it was terrifying no doubt. I had some concern about categorising it as humour, but there wasn't a Horror category in the Library and like you said, the ending was fucking hilarious.

 

Horror goes into Dark Arts, but I'm not really sure which is appropriate.

I'm keen for as many legit crits on the writing as I can get. I wrote it in an extremely short timeframe but then struggled when it came to touching it up a bit. Just a mental block. I know it needs improvement, so any help that can be given would be ace. I think the present-tense/POV style threw me off big time.

5/5 Ive never seen the house elf thing taken so far! Excelent work! Hermione was written very well as a ...well as a lunatic! I would have enjoyed her experiencing more of a defeat than instant death.

She didnt really suffer or "realize she lost" it was all over in a moment.

Maybe thats just me but I like the enemy to squirm a bit first.

 

Elves are far better in FanFiction than they were in canon. I am also firmly behind Hermione being insane. This story ticks a goodly number of boxes for me.

Excellent story GL. One of my favorite’s one-shot.
It shows great timing with, both, the start and finale (the idea of time-travel) and gives the story a good closure. Speaking of witch, it’s completely unexpected. The mystery behind Harry's amnesia or memory loss it's interesting; and the entire fic leaves more questions than answers.
Well written, nice grammar, original idea, I give you a 5/5.
