This thread is for Baldur's Gate enthusiasts. The main purpose is to find people to multi with, but we can also discuss builds, quests and other Baldur's Gate related stuff.

Most of the discussion will be centered on BG:EE. Persistent parties are welcome and I hope we can find some fine groups to play with.

If you can't find people to play, check the IRC. And pleeeeese, pleeeeease, try to keep the thread spam free. If you don't have anything to say, don't say it. The BG community is small and we don't want to waddle through tons of posts to find someone who's hosting a game. Thanks.

I can play any of the classes/roles, but I'd like to play an archer or a barbarian if possible

Any of you guys play with mods? Hard Times still hasn't been ported over to EE unfortunately and it was one of the best ones, but there are some good ones available still. I think HT had some technical issues getting ported so it's unlikely to happen. Owell...

The only problem we can now have is do we use new or 'old' (and who plays what, but we can deal with it at any point in fact) characters and if we use 'old' to we put a level cap on any of them? Actually I would go for anything under and including level 12 to be okay in SoA and for ToB I'm not so sure since levels cease to matter all that much by then. Anyway tell me what you think and maybe we can organise a nice game.

 

I'd have to reinstall so I say new characters.

I do have BG:EE, but I've yet to purchase BG2:EE since I'm still having fun with Divinity: Original Sin.

Unfortunately, I currently have no consistent free time these days to join a BG game on that schedule. But I would like to!
