As you can see, schedule B is slightly faster paced. The main reason behind this is to finish the read-through on May the 1st, 2017, the day before Voldemort was killed (spoiler alert).

Finals just ended for me. They took up most of my time which prevented me from reading along. I'd enjoy going back and adding comments and observations, but I won't if the general consensus is to keep moving forward.
