This game plops you down in some random GoogleEarth location, and you have to identify on a map where it is. I love it:

Oops, closed my window. I got top marks.

Seriously though, I got ~5000 because I guessed at places on the wrong side of the planet a time or two.

    This is fun.

Edit: oops, didn't realize this was just the DLP challenge scores. 14307 on that. I had a super-lucky guess on #4.

Fun game... had 8k. Misplaced the Africa one in South Italy and confused Romania with the US.

12638. Used to play a lot in class and there tend to be a lot of clues you can use. What side do they drive on, what kind of trees are there, how big are the mountains, what do the people look like, what language are signs in etc.

EDIT: trufax, a friend of mine once guessed to within 2m. It was the most southern part of New Zealand.

    https://www.google.com/maps/preview...Ng!2e0!5m2!1sEylME9lwjiBuB_7Ckmf5Ng!2e0&fid=5

He looked around, zoomed in and said "Does that say New Zealand? Looks like a landmark and there's the ocean... must be the most southern point or something."

12145, almost half from recognising that something is in Slovakia, second half from noticing town name and quick googling it.

This is incredibly addicting. And some of the spots are really annoying - I've had one point where you couldn't move, just spin; and a temple in the middle of a japanese (I think, it was a while ago) forest.
