A refreshing short story that was recommended in this thread. It has some great moments like this one below, or HK trying to reason with an elcor.

"Query: May I ask you something, Quarian?"

Tali didn't really want to be disturbed but decided not to cause an argument.

    "Yeah, what is it?"

"Query: Did you ever wonder what life would be like if the roles of you and the Geth were reversed?"

Tali eyed the droid suspiciously. "What do you mean? Like if the Geth attacked first?"

"Clarification: No, actually I was referring to if the Geth had made you the slaves and fired first. Would that have caused less damage to them or the swifter execution of your species?"

    4/5. Definitely library material.

I did not like it, Sheppard went from nearly shooting it to becoming friend with it in 1 chapter. 2/5

I thought it was alright the first time I read it (months ago.)

I no longer hold that belief. 2/5

Well I, as the one who initiatively recced it in the other thread, like it. And I still do.

    A 3/5-4/5 kind of story.

Without a doubt I can say this is one of the worst stories I have read. The author tries so hard to be humorous that they fail in all other aspects of the story. There is no characterization to speak of, not to mention in the first section of the first chapter we learn that Chief Williams was killed on Virmire, however with a span of few line she is miraculously alive and giving her opinion.

There were so many similar inconsistencies that had me rushing to click the back button as fast possible.

I would give it a negative number, however our rating system deals only with whole numbers. 1/5 and that's pushing it.
