I promise you this is better written than nearly every single Harry Potter fanfiction currently in the library, the author is quite the stylist and has a very accurate grasp on where to position one-liners for maximum impact.

The most glaring flaw is the overuse of fullstops.

You know, those single words or incomplete sentences cut short for dramatic effort - they appear with increasing frequency in the more recent chapters.

I also recall the most recent plotting being somewhat weak, as in why the other characters are cooperating with the Master Chief when only Cortana is at risk without the involvement of coercion.

Very worth the read. 5/5

One more among the many Halo fics I wish would update more frequently, or at all for that matter.
