I liked the first chapter quite a bit, save for this part

strange to include such an out of fic note like that in the middle of the fic. Ruined immersion for me

Edit: Read the rest of it, and it gets pretty amusing

 

Though he never says it is, this is a parody, and an excellent one. It pokes fun at all the hard to believe time-travel fics out there.

I just hope the author doesn't run out of steam too soon, like he has before. Four chapters up in one night is a good start, though.

Recommended if you can suspend disbelief.

I've been following it on his Yahoo!group. Has some great humor, but as Mid said, parts are needlessly surreal IMO. Ruins the immersion factor for me.

 

I liked it and has sopme genuine LOL moments while reading it-- there was no loss of immersion for me though because I recognized the first part of it as having largely been a part of his Odd Ideas series. I notice he also broke away one of his other ideas from Odd Ideas into its own fic....

This is some funny shit. I especially loved 6 year old Harry on a bus full of soccer hooligans, as well as a 6 year old Harry getting Vernon arrested repeatedly.

 

This made me LMFAO, I mean can't you see a six year old planting evidence of international spying and drugs in his uncle's bed room?
