I have to say, i'd fucking kill to get a pokemon game for my iphone.

 

preordered my german copy of soulsilver today will be fun just like old times xD

At the end of the game you get to pick Kanto and Hoenn starter pokemon. Charmander and Mudkip for example. Every pokemon in the game can follow you around like pikachu in Yellow.

Pkemon movesets have been overhauled with new lists of breeding moves available. Having certain pokemon at certain times can unlock special events and open up new areas.

All in all. Cool shit.

Best Pokemon story I have ever read which might not mean much but I remember rereading this a year or so ago and I still liked it.

 

Slightly on topic, I just found out that Pokemon Gen 5 is starting (http://serebii.net/generation5/). Pretty cool actually, I've always found pokemon to be pretty fun.

They announced a silhouette of the first new pokemon of Gen 5 on Sunday.

It's a legendary. All non-first gen legendaries are fugly and uninteresting. But this one doesn't look all that bad, maybe it means gen 5 will be superior to gen 3/4.

 

Where'd you hear that? Most people are sayiing it's a Lucario evo and that Nintendo are using it because of Lucario's popularity. (BTW Lucario is a fag.)

Speculation. I mean, it could be a Lucario evolution, or it could be any one of these evolutions, but it's probably not (hopefully, at any rate).

 

I hope they continue with what they did in Gen 4, that is, having a couple of new Tier 3 evo's for Gen 1 pokemon which only had a second tier (or technically a third if you count baby pokemon tier). Like what they did with Magmortar and the evolved Electabuzz.

 

Am I the only one who's bummed out that Pincir hasn't got an evolution yet? Maybe this is the generation!

Tbh, I'd settle for them reversing that fucking stunt they pulled with Kangaskhan and Marowak.

Seeing as the baby in Kangaskhan's pouch is identical to a cubone without the skull helmet, there are theories that say that Kagaskhan was meant to be an evolution of Marowak but they changed it at the last second, thus creating Missingno.

Makes sense to me.

 

Missingno is the legendary pokemon. Dunno what you guys are talking about. It's so powerful, gameboys can't properly display its physical form.

 

Or we could follow the Kangaskha theory and put our minds at rest with the whole, "Kangaskhan hatches from an egg with a baby in it's pouch." problem.
