This thread is for any problems concerning Library threads.

If you stumble across a long list of broken links, abuse of library tags, etc, please don't start a new thread but post it in here.

And if you are lucky, a moderator might take a look at it.

    https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=11878 - ff.net link leads to 5th chapter

https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=9790 - it may be nice to replace " Pairing: It's Portkey, what do you expect?" with less cryptic "Harry/Hermione" (it seems that this site is limited to set of pairings, not just OTP).

https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=24576 - chapter 17 was published - ""When Voldemort's body hit the floor Harry thought it was all over. How could he have known that the Elder Wand could speak? If only in whispers." prompt"

https://forums.darklordpotter.net/tags.php - should it be "author:nick" or "author: nick"?

https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=11199 - described in the first post as abandoned, thread marked as abandoned, tagged as wip

    https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=10658 - link for unregistered: http://draco664.fanficauthors.net/The_Widower_Maker/index/

https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=10448 - updated in this year: [Abandoned] should be changed to [WIP]

https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=20438 - "Posted Works" section: it may be a good idea to link also https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=14917

it may be nice to link WbA thread in the first post of https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=23829 (WbA: https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=23598)

please add "Veneficus Dementia by Sober Dogs Bore Me" to https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=14917 - it already is as "Veneficus Dementia by The Fine Balance" but author is using different nicks on DLP and ff.net
No. We can't change these entries every time someone changes their username. Further: In this case the story title is quite unique.

https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=22471 - it is now complete

https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=479 "Pairing: Harry/Hermione/Blaise" it may be better to explicitly mention that there is no danger of slash: "Pairing: Harry/Hermione/fem!Blaise"
I changed it. But, please, do you really think anyone browsing DLP would have expected slash?

    https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=10374 - it is also on ff.net - http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4446981/1/All-Problems-Solved

    https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=812 - it is also on ff.net - http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2744799/1/Skewing-the-Odds

    https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=14139 - it is also on ff.net - http://www.fanfiction.net/s/1893607/1/The-Quiet-Place

Actually, I was hesitating to link the ff.net version, as it seems to be incomplete.

    It should be author:name.

Actually, that's where KrzaQ and I started to work against each other when the tagging started.

I use "author: name" for every new author, because it's the more common and logical expression.

When I move library threads, I check out if the name is already tagged the other way.

One day I'll convince Raven to change every tag into "author: name" - that shouldn't take more than one or two sql queries.

Oh really? I was sure you said it was the other way to me months ago. Q_Q

    ¯\(o_º)/¯

At one point I was considering to change all of my tags. But I didn't, because quite a few people used the same pattern just because it's the logical one.

https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=8166 - no longer abandoned (now again WIP) - requires changes in the first post

https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showthread.php?t=10318 is complete, not abandoned - requires change in tag [Abandoned] to [Complete]

http:www.fanfiction.net/s/2571676/1/ is an interesting example. I expected a bad joke, but nothing worse than slash. This is a highly popular and abandoned slash what is even worse.

Hehe. And quite recently there was a slash story listed at https://forums.darklordpotter.net/library_list.php

It seems to be the same - see http://www.diffchecker.com/fcj310m7

    PS

The tag seems to be surprisingly useful in locating this thread.
