I'm looking for fic where Harry takes an active role early on in a resistance movement against the ministry or Voldemort. It can be through the DA or another organization.

I've read much of the library, so suggesting stuff like A summer of Change with Unspeakable!Harry/Tonks won't help me much. I'd also like to avoid the cliché, but I can handle those if the story has interesting concept or new ideas.

I can't really think of anything that isn't in the library already. Kwan Li wrote an AU called Harry Potter and the Boy Who Lived. Do you know that one? I read it pretty long ago, but remember it being good.

Just went through your favorite list and didn't find The Resistance of Azkaban by Shezza on it, so I'll recommend it just in case. It has Harry leading the Order in Azkaban against Voldemort, who has taken over Britain. The story was written a while ago (07 I think), but I still found it excellent and enjoyable to read.

 

I think I read the latter, but not the former. I'll look it up thanks.

Can't remember if I tried Kwan Li other stories; considering I read Hogwarts Battle School at least twice, I think I must have at some point. I'll look it up again though, can't remember.
