You may note I already telegraphed halfheartedly pushing the DC wagon while asmo is getting lynched tomorrow...

It really does feel like the next week or two is gonna be pretty motionsy for me I think my "wagon on day 4" prediction was probably pretty good.

Well see if that energizes me

and patience, @Newcomb . I'm working my way up, and there's plenty of time in phase. This game is no joke to read through, though, so just wish me luck. Kind of a pity that it's here that I finally get to play with you, though, considering how short-lived it all is. I just wish I didn't have so much work and life to juggle so that I could've actually focused on the game a bit sooner, but oh well.

    Idk maybe I won't be.
Fakeable, sure. But I had a pretty townie day 1.
But as you've shown people will way overthink it.
It's why I wanted the lump.

I mean, I don't really think I've been unchill that was mostly a joke / reference to signups.
But I did make a bunch of posts.

A lot of them are a blur tbh it's probably been too long since I isoed myself.

You got a read on me? Your questions are aggressively worded but don't seem to come with an opinion

Aggressively worded? I don't quite see that lols I asked what changed out of curiosity if it was a specific thing in game that made you give it more effort, but I clearly didn't catch the reference to signups. The only other questions I've asked you (IIRC) is to explain your lynch/lump picks, and to show me what I'd have to gain from lumping Shadow as wolf. You said that the answer to both is in your ISO, which is a fair response.
    What struck you as aggressive?

as for the read, alls I got so far is my notes from where I'm reading at. Here:

Tom - #27 backs up Jan's lump selection, saying Vaimes is more dangerous than himself. Does he really want the lump? #30 calls out Waco for the iffy #25. #103 "I'd go for fonti just so she gets NKed if town" --"realistically think me/jari/jan is optimal". Why isn't fonti realistic? #112-113 interesting interaction with DC, seems sorta scripted and it's posted 1minute apart... #182 selling lump a bit hard still. answers that scum wouldn't feel silly killing Jan, but still thinks Jan would be a good lump pick even though he also believes that bad!villa's are the best lump picks. Waco might be onto something.. doubt they're ever W/W. #184 reasonable response, "jan is there because I can't read him..." #218 calls out Vaimes#215 shade of font as nonsense. Kinda like that. #222, #224, #226, #228, #232 tom seems to be enjoying himself posting in thread, posts coming naturally. #228 particularly seems towny for the way he questioned Jan's comment on Newcomb. #232 because he cared enough about his original "copypasta?" question to newcomb to have an excited reaction at having it confirmed. Tom kinda hard to read lol I wish he'd stop ranting about lump.

Newcomb, did you greencheck someone else because you’re so arrogant to believe I’m scum here without checking? Or are you even the priest?

If this isn’t a gambit where you actually know I’m town then shame on you. I guess I’ll get the consolation prize as being one of the few (only?) townies to get lynched while in the loving embrace of Lump.

on the off-chance that this is a super ploy, I feel you

Newcomb and font lynched me with a fake red check once and the only person to believe I was town was also too lazy/unsure to do anything about it :V

    still burns

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    So uh

    Can we maj?

When thread gets to a point where I don't even feel like posting because it's dead and there's no buzz or anything really to do I kind of just stop caring

    I am honestly down for a hard-lynch.

The only person I expect to be against this is Asmodeus, so if he has important questions, fine; otherwise, we're just sitting here with our thumbs up our butts.

    Lynch shadow

and maybe it will encourage Newcomb to drop his gambit :eli:

The only way Newcomb doesn't die N2 if Shadow is town is if Jarizok was exactly the vigi and this is an elaborate gambit

But whatever I'm just wrong on literally everything this game so lemme flip my reads list to find wolves. gl

You don't think Jarizok and Jan would protect Newcomb, in that scenario?

    @Newcomb

Why didn't you let Shadow throw his Lump around the entire day and wait for some spew before blowing your load all over the thread?

    Jw.

I usually sit on red checks until I can back someone into a corner and expose them hardcore and then you have the current day's interactions to work with.

Why would they protect Newcomb in that scenario if the gambit would mean he's wolfing?

Mild garcia, but it's a little different in TH, since Witches know who the Priest targets.
    --- Post automerged ---
Because Angels don't know who the Priest is? And in the absence of that knowledge, it makes no sense NOT to protect Newcomb.
    --- Post automerged ---
(or well exactly one of the Witches knows the Priest/Oracle targets but yeah)
    --- Post automerged ---
like the only way they let Newcomb die is if Jarizok was the Priest and hates playing to his wincon

Honestly it doesn't really matter because unless Jarizok and Stanari were exactly the priest and acolyte there would be counterclaims to Newcomb lmfao

Idk why Shadow claimed gambler and not Holy in this scenario but good on the real gambler for not CC'ing.

Props for playing it to the hilt, my dude.

I'm ~probably arrogant enough to believe you're scum here without the check. The Priest did handshake the check, though, and they haven't waved me off, so...
