Fudge. Percy's always on his knees between the minister's legs. Plus, he's a Weasley.

The Pope. (One is truly infallible; the other just has that freaky lightning). Besides, the Pope is scarier.

Kucinich. Doesn't the lucky charms leprechaun run away from a bunch of kids? Though I do see the obvious joke about Kucinich looking like a leprechaun.

Tricks Rabbit. The Leprechaun would run away, as you said. The Trix Rabbit would try to use manipulation techniques to have his way.

    Geiko Gecko vs the Caveman?

Hard to decide, but I think Alucard would win even though he would be badly injured

Crabbe/Goyle. Unless they are playing chess, in which case Jr. Karpov cleans house. As an expert rated chess player, I've never been able to figure out how someone as neurologically challenged as Ron could have mad skills in the Game of Kings. Every Master or better I've encountered had at least 3/4 of a clue. (Most are geniuses).

Professors Vector and Sprout vs. Umbridge and Filch. Tag team battle.

Vector and Sprout. Umbridge is not exactly all there in the head and Filch is next to useless. What's he gonna do? Sic his cat on em?

Dark Lord Potter.net vs The Fanfiction Forum

DLP, of course. We rip them to shreds with the powers-they-know not: common sense, punctuation, grammar and spelling.

The Pope obviously, he would use the ultimate Catholic catch phrase "THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU!" to cause Palpatine to jump down a reactor shaft.

Well I despise anything Kinsfire related so I would have to go with Ishtar even though I dont think I have read his work.

Mrs. Figg, for two reasons. One; J.K. seems to have an fondness with old women suddenly whipping out the LEET!Skills-for-the-Pownage! Two; everyone knows Babushka's are always hiding deadly weapons under their scarves (think Movie!Figg)!

Olivander the wand-maker versus Aberforth the barkeeper.
