Three scum played well. Need to read scumlog, might be fun.
If you read angel chat, you will mostly see citrus and me raging at a wall. If you are into that, have fun.

You don't know how incredibly sad I was I died N1 this game. Like SUCH a fucking shitshow D2. Like I literally almost made myself pledge to be craptastic the next D1 on this forum JUST to fucking guarantee I survive past the first night. This is like that community gif where Troy returns with pizza to see a shitshow, except the door was one-way glass and I had to watch a shocking number of players maul THEMSELVES to death.

I'd also like to apologize to everyone (but especially Newcomb and fontisian) for falling off the face of the earth for the latter half of this game. Atum's existence sucked the life out of me. Hypocritical, I know, but god damn it this game would have been even easier if he'd just done his job.

Newcomb and fonti played especially well. Probably played better than you needed to, considering.

I get why you felt that way, but I wouldn't ever call it game-throwing to follow reads you come by honestly -- even if no one else agrees, even if you're wrong.

 

Once again, Snowvon's QT is where it's at for the comedy gold.

 

Tl;dr. Who was scum and how badly did the town take turns plowing the pooch?

I stand by this, by the way. Von and Proph tried really hard to turn the game around in bad situation. Waco didn't do shit until ten minutes before the deadline.

Though I am surprised the DOB trick fooled Proph again.

 

In addition to both witches going out in helpful, witch-determined ways, town also let the witch Judge control the lynch, like, 3 out of the 5 days or something.

 

The regret is real. I told town to not townread Newcomb and Fonti, and had a case on fonti half prepared, but didnt think i would need it d1.
And then I suicided and ruined the game .. the way you went on both menace and myself was just odd newcomb .. i liked you for attacking cobalt, because he decided to not play town this game.

 

I should have tried to stop plan Kalas, I tried to make people believe me but was late when doing so.

PD: I believed in you Snowman, and it seems I was right doing so.

 

To be fair, you also protected her N1

 

I think if I had one more strong townie to bounce ideas off of we probably could have won the game.

Waco was there, sure, but he only appeared at like the latter half of the Day and didn't show up at D5. I was basically a lone ranger wondering if my theories were correct, and all of the players who were strong/alive at endgame were just scum.

I really wanted to ask if there were font/Snowvon town worlds, because if there weren't then I think I fire on font D4. But then they just lynch Snowvon again?

With Waco, Snowvon, Luckylee, and me, we might have gotten there if I voted font at the tail end of D4. The Newcomb/font core just stamped out everything, IMO.

 

This, pretty much. Pushing all our chips into the middle - me outing as Judge, Menace outing with the "green check" on me, and fonti Nursing me - was a gamble (and probably a bit heavy-handed, in retrospect). It worked because fonti and I put in the effort to just kind of be steamrollers at the end there.

I think my own play was a little sloppy compared to TinyHunt. In that game, I noticed that as a witch I tended to try to keep mislynches open too much, and I didn't really plug that hole here. I also am just really really not ruthless when it comes to my scum buddies - I jumped off Atum the second it looked like moving the lynch to Cobalt was a possibility. Teamwork is literally the only thing I like about being a witch, so the hard bus just didn't feel right. Of course as the day went on and Atum kept Atuming, that feeling turned into a cheerful desire to throw him in front of like 10 buses in a row, so...

I think the best thing we did was come together and identify the Priest N1. Sure, in hindsight, the clues were there, but when you didn't know, there were tons of factors. We re-read the entire game, argued over things, looked at specific posts, and in the end, made the right call. That was a fun moment.

 

I was planning to go in guns blazing on day three and really pick up the pace by going in on Fonti :/

Haven't read it but the second lynch that Newcomb did as scum judge and he wasn't attacked...red flag.
