Challenge: Voldemort is hearing voices.
Voldemort has just been returned to physical form and has forced the Potter boy's retreat. He briefly asks himself how Potter could have escaped his almighty wrath. He remembers reading that horcruxes cause poor judgement/insanity and decides the best way to fix it is to get someone to give him advice on how to be a competent evil overlord. One ritual later, he is hearing voices.
As for who is stuck in his head-
Supervillains from other universes. (Dr Doom, the Joker etc.)
For bonus points, instead of supervillains have DLP members.
