My favourite movie used to be Fight Club, but it got usurped a couple of days ago when I watched the glory that is Deadpool. The humour worked incredibly well for me.

 

Blade Runner (Directors Cut, not having seen any any of the other versions). Shout out to The Princess Bride.

 

V for Vendetta or In Bruges

 

I'm a huge fan of John Carpenter's The Thing. Runner up would be The Good, the Bad and the Ugly or Snowpiercer.

 

I could watch Unforgiven every time it's on. Wife hates it, I think I have made her watch it too many times. Also, the 5th element, the matrix and Independence day.

 

The Departed, with Lincoln a close second.

Still, Memento is arguably the best movie ever made.

 

Still haven't seen Deadpool. If it's good enough to supplant Fight Club, then I must rectify this problem.

The Usual Suspects. Its a must watch.

 

Tron 2. My salt at the cancellation of Tron 3 is unparalleled.

 

Tombstone. Only movie to make me think of Kurt Russell as any other character than Jack Burton.

 

The Mummy/The Mummy returns. If it is on TV, I will watch it.

 

The Lord of the Rings trilogy and the comedy The Infidel.
In Bruges is also great, but I've watched it too many times by now

 

This is so hard to answer really. I have plenty of movies (and TV series) that I can watch and rewatch just for a particular moment (the feels, man!), choosing one of them as my favorite is so hard because it changes as years passes.

I'd say V for Vendetta at the moment. I've matured enough to fully appreciate the nuances of it.

 

It might be some recency bias since... it's on right now, but the OG Jurassic Park. It's always a stop 'n watch when you see it on the surf.

Guess, Camelot, the musical is up there. Avanti! is a pretty fun movie I watch frequently. Princess Bride, Mummy. Star Wars, of course. Lot's of Pixar/Disney stuff.
