Let's think of some magical jobs.

    - Investment Diviners. Like financial advisers but they use divination to decide what to invest in.

    - Vowmakers. Like magical lawyers specialising in contracts, only theirs are magically binding.

    - Spellweavers. Magical seamstresses who weave spells into textiles.

    - Charm-masons. They construct charmed architecture.

    Vowmakers:

"The important thing," said Barnaby Oathly, "Is that there is always a way out."

"Isn't the whole point that they're binding?" asked Hermione.

"Anyone can make a binding vow," said Oathly. "Our job is to make contracts with hidden outs. Ways to not fulfill your obligations,. Then try to find the other sides' outs. Or to create hidden repercussions. You should read my wedding vows. It's marvelous fun."

    "You're just making monkey paws!?"

"Oh?" The Vowmaker looked over his glasses. "Of course you've heard of them. Well, we can't all be Monkey and Paws, they're a very exclusive firm after all."

I'm not sure Investment Diviners would exist, I don't think the magical world would have a particularly advanced economy where investment was common enough to make that a profession.

Perhaps some sort of Repairer/Mender - experts with reparo and similar charms for fixing things, able to pop round and repair anything from a broken pot to a crumbling roof for people who aren't so handy with that sort of charm.

Nuisance Nullifier - unwanted ghouls, or if you don't have the stomach to thoroughly degnome a garden, and so on. Their specialty is illegal pets and pests who have gotten out of hand.

    Also less alliteratively:

Gardeners I think would be in much higher esteem, like past great landscapers architects.

Confectioners and Recipe makers. Not sure if there is a name for that. But the idea is that outside Honeydukes or restaurant types there are those who sell their recipe to a client for their exclusive use. This way a Malfoy might buy an unfortunately named "half-blood soup" half a fantastic broth and half almost-potion made primarily of dragon (or some other magical) blood. The result is a show piece, and with a good number of these up their sleeves, like a sort-of Disney vault of recipes, they can afford to take one out only now and then at a ball, event, or party. Making it nearly impossible to turn down an invitation, especially with the drooling mouth and grumbling stomach you've had for six years after hearing from others what you missed out on.

Or, if you're Hepzibah Smith, you'll buy them up just so you have them for your own fat self. Again to certain wizards it would be well worth a (large) bag of galleons for their house-elf to whip up their favourites whenever they wanted. Think high-end restaurant bills for a lifetime, or several chefs and cooks and assistants employed. People will pay for good food, and wizards should too.

Personal headcanon is that it's illegal to change your appearance beyond recognition, which is obviously vague, but no one cares except the one person who ends up on the wrong side of the distinction every so often. As a result, the objective of the beauty industry is to make as much of your features as possible. This creates a demand market for a wide variety of potions and poultices for looking your best as a red-haired, freckle-faced, blue eyed wizard with a long nose, for example, not that they generally have all that much money.
I like the idea of charm masons and building original buildings rather than just expanding interiors indefinitely. I had to come up with a magical spatial distortion disorder that you can get if you spend too long in expanded spaces, especially if you come in and out of them frequently.

I imagine advertising agencies and Ministry regulators are locked in a perpetual struggle over how much you can use enchantments, traces of potion, or other such tricks to "enhance the appeal" of the product you're selling before you cross the line into illegal compulsion.

A handful of wizarding companies produce the vast majority of Floo powder distributed throughout the world. Floo-Pow (I prefer my headcanon company Emerald City) is the only licensed producer in Britain, though most extraction takes place outside the UK. Floo powder is refined through a complex method of crushing and enchanting emeralds that have been hoarded by dragons for 500+ years.

These companies employ thousands of wizards. Positions include Explorers, who set out to find and track dragons, their caves, and their ever-changing treasure inventories; a large team of Dragon Tamers that always assists a similarly massive team of Treasure Summoners on all missions ("Accio 500-plus-year-old emeralds" is an effective — if artless — option, though the team must be prepared for an unexpected wave of gemstones to come flying their way); and Refiners, who handle the enchantments required to carefully extract the robust teleportation magic contained in these particular emeralds.

Floo powder production companies also have the standard departments such as distribution, sales, marketing, legal, etc.

(In hindsight, I feel like I took something very magical and made it mundane and boring, and I can't figure out if that's JKR-esque or not.)

I think there's all sorts of fun to be had with Divination.

For example, I can totally imagine Lavender and Parvati setting up a magical match making service that uses divination (amongst other tools) to find people their 'one true love'. For a small fee, of course.

Weather wizards and witches who are partners with the investment diviners. They predict the weather and share with the investment diviners so as to always stay on top of the always lucrative and extremely competitive Sun, Squall, and Snow economy.

Investment by Divination by definition can't exist. If it actually works they'd be the richest people in the world - and why would they even sell their services at that point...?

Maybe if it was highly illegal to do it and you sold your services on the black market so you couldn't be tracked instead of being conspicuous and cashing in?

As for jobs? I think someone trained to schmooze/cajole/trick portraits into opening would be pretty amusing. Like a locksmith and con artist in one...

    Magical vintner.

Wizards like muggles maybe wineries, only wizards have a magical edge for yields and a heady rush beyond alcohol, the finest labels have subtle enchantments blended into the very vines themselves giving a subtle yet encompassing charmed effect to their wines.

Magical husbandry. While their are some magical animals used for food stuffs. Magical folks need to breed mundane animals for food like any others, but again magic gives the edge. Potion feeding while young, charmed fields, weather modification, cattle from top farms fetch prices approaching a thousand galleons.

Handywand - When you studied to be a curse-breaker but failed short of the job requirements this is what you do. Enchantments tend to warp with age, some get stronger, some get weaker. Handywands fix enchanted objects if it's possible, defuse them if they turn out be dangerous or help remove them without affecting other things. When your fireplace goes out of control making your home feel like an afternoon on Sahara desert when you just started a fire, a handywand is who you need to get.
