Exile, you'll have to wait for Mishie to actually post his Story. Then work out how you tie into that.
Basic idea for my First Adventure:
After leaving Princeton and getting to New York City, Tony meets up with somebody he knows via the Paranet, and although he doesn't explain the details, he does say that he's far more interested in leaning how to control his magic than he used to be.
Two years later, Tony is far better at controlling his magic as he's not only been learning bits and pieces from his contacts, but he's been constantly practising. He then hears from one of his friends that somebody has been harrassing the New York members of the paranet and he decides that he owes it to them to find out what's going on.
A way to hook in somebody else is that either Vash or Exile are after this guy and we decide that since we're both after the same person, may as well team up.
If you're in New York, would you mind either coming to me for info or at first suspecting me of being the one after the Paranet members?
Tomato, remember that you are the one who gains an aspect out of this. So work out exactly how you want to participate in the story.
I was thinking something along the lines of "Fingers in Many Pies" seeing as my character would have come to know many less than reputable people during his life in the gangs, and have access to a number of good sources of information now that he's doing business for himself.
That the person(s) that are having a go at the Paranet might decide to shake me down to find out what info I passed on about them could be the downside of this reputation/aspect.
For my guest spot with you, how about something like: Fence contact of Faust has a daughter who gets snapped up off the school lot. Also happens to be an "upstanding and well respected (Read: Not a crook.)" member of the paranet. Fence wants a bit more 'justice' than the police would be willing to give. Ends up with being involved in whatever shit was going on in the area.
For our Guest Star story we agreed on meeting up at a casino to practice magic. Second thoughts bring this one big problem: What's the point of it? There is none, so how about this: A Winter Faerie runs the casino as a way to collect deals from unwary mortals that get too far into debt/run high stakes games, and my Summer Overlord decides she wants a piece of that pie instead.
So when I get to Vegas (or wherever) I hear about your abnormally good luck, as well as the tendency of slot machines to go haywire around you, and decide magic is involved. We get together and swap magic tips, ending with me hiring you to give us a boost of luck to get us both into a high stakes game with the Winter Sidhe. When we get there however, our luck runs out (literally) and everything goes to hell. End with us standing in a ruined conference room with bodies piled up everywhere and a warrant out for our arrest?
Phase Aspect: On The Run sounds like a fun one to have.
Or perhaps Never Rely on Luck instead, without the arrest warrant?
