    When Tyrion was talking about Bran learning to fly all I could think about is whether anyone had explained to the new Prince of Dorne what the fuck that actually meant. He just strolled in right at the epilogue and had to pretend he had any idea what was going on. Poor guy probably never even got to see a dragon.

    I absolutely don't think it'll happen, I just hope it will. I think Dany will heroically sacrifice herself, likely alongside Jon, to defeat the Others, but there's also a possibility they'll go with literally the blandest ending possible and have one or both of them taking the Iron Throne. Frankly my expectations are low.

    It definitely is. Similar to how, for a while at least, the spooky skeletons couldn't get to where Bran was having his flashback/training montage. I think the physical structure is mostly just to deal with things like Wildlings and Giants, while giving a tactical advantage against the Others.     Plot Armour makes him immune to most poisons. And also immune to massive blood loss from being stabbed a dozen times. He's just Ramsay 2.0, he'll be inexplicably competent/invincible until he's suddenly not.     Cersei has spent most of her life convinced that Tyrion is going to kill her (that part of the prophecy was in the show, right?), it makes much more sense for her character for her to have been worrying about the wrong brother the whole time. Anything other than Jaime killing her (and dying himself soon after) just seems weird to me.

    There's actually a pretty good chance that is true. The name of the Night's King was stricken from all records, presumably by order of whichever Stark ruled the North at the time. If he was also a Stark, it would explain why they wanted all trace of his identity erased. I'm pretty sure the Night's King wasn't the first Other though, right? I think he was born after the Long Night and the Wall had already been built as he was the 13th Lord Commander.

    Could also be down to budgetary reasons; it seems like they killed off Summer to save on the direwolf CGI, which might explain why Ghost has barely been in the season. It's particularly noticeable since they started calling Jon the 'White Wolf' to parallel Robb.

    Yes, I saw that scene, as 'subtle' as it was, and I maintain it's absolute nonsense that she's just leaving Loras as a prisoner because Margaery might have a plan. Like, if she was totally unwilling to make a move against the faith because she deems it too much of a risk, fine, but she marched up to the Great Sept with an army literally days previously.     Speaking of Direwolves being cut for budgetary reasons (presumably for the ridiculous looking skeletons), it seems like they had practically no money for any of the Ironborn scenes.     Was anyone else really underwhelmed by the Dany and Tyrion conversation? I loved the first part, where Tyrion was basically monologuing about Jorah, but when they were alone together it just became way too obvious how poor of an actress Emilia Clarke is. And her 'break the wheel' speech was just embarrassing and in no way responded to what Tyrion was actually saying.
