    My main issue with that theory is how towards the middle-end of the loop whenever they encountered Red Robe he ran the fuck away because he was scared of Zorian wrecking him in the mental 1v1.

    I doubt Zorian will "turn evil" or whatever. Never in the series does mind magic indicate it has any corrupting effect. Heck, not even straight up necromancy or blood magic have that effect.     I really hope the main character does something cool defensively with the dimensionalism Magic he is learning. Him learning to translocate instead of just block attacks with regular Shields is just the kind of savvy he seems like he would try. A barrier that can absorb an arbitrary amount of force and never collapse because it doesn't actually block it would be amazing. We know he'll end up genius at dimensionalism and able to create his own pocket dimension so it's just a logical extension...

    I don't know if its just me, but I find it annoying how Zack is so overpowered and good at everything, that he (outside of the telepathy stuff) makes Zorian seem irrelevant. And with the timeloop business coming to a close in ~35 chapters or less, it feels like he will never catch up. Like, this is probably on purpose, but it feels like this is just Zack's story, and Zorian is along for the ride. And that makes all of Zorian's accomplishments meaningless in the grand scheme of the plot.

    A question. We know the conventional wisdom in story, is their is no real way to increase your reserves once they plateau without fucking up your control. But what about unconventional wisdom? Because it seems to me, that people like Xim and others would know things that others do not. "There is a mana shaping exercise for everything". But what about mana-reserve growth?
