    Mainly because I've seen games (i.e. those with Jon as the Demon Mayor or Anya as the Gay BFF's Galpal) from the very early days of this site's mafia, and whenever the Mayor/Lump/Double-Voter is evil, the town is in an incredibly terrible position when we start automatically assuming that the doublevoter is innocent.     What Zennith is trying to say is that Titus could know that doublevotes aren't usually given the scum, due to balance reasons, and that splitting her votes will make her seem more townish. If Rubicon isn't a vanilla and is actually a role, like a reporter, he could potentially be either a pro-town power role that requires gold for some special ability or a mafia role whose special abilities require gold to activate.
