    I would be pleased to carry out the Conclave's wishes in regards to F-I, though I do question if it would be possible to turn them against ARC before the killing blow... I do wish that we would develop Genetic Design for application in our super soldier program. While I have little desire to pursue widespread and untested mechanical augmentations or planetary cultism, I do believe that we would be able to better utilize our population with an understanding of their basic building blocks....

    I'm going to call for pressing the attack on BMC. We can sweep SW and hit the aliens after we've regrouped from that. While BMC might fail due to lack of funds, our troops are... woefully lacking in experience, and this is a prime opportunity to give them some target practice. I'm also going to call for a study of Genetics, followed by Alien Lifeforms. We are, after all, XCOM. I'd also say we should build a Thorium Reactor as soon as possible.

    I'm going to acknowledge right off the bat that others are far more qualified to speak on matters of economics and state. I'm going to concede any points others make on that front for this, and simply say the following: Building a city on their bones would give us an unrivaled strategic advantage in controlling the region, and I am prepared to begin operations the moment the rest of the Conclave gives the all clear. My vote is cast for option (2).

    Despite my reputation for stirring up shit everywhere I go, I'm going to vote for leaving well enough alone for now and coming back with more guns in a bit. Of course, if the Conclave bids me to attack, I'll happily do so. I'm also going to argue that we should shape our society around scientific progress in order to more quickly develop advanced weaponry and logistics capabilities.
