    Speak for yourself. Several counterpoints - The point of Quasus isn't to be able to duel anyone. It's to be too much of a nuisance to kill without 2-3 members of the team. Ideally, there should hardly be any teamfighting done at all, but if there is, Wither and Spirit Fire are enough by themselves make 1 melee useless, and multiple enemies open to ad damage. Meanwhile, while those two spells are running, I'm sitting on their biggest damage dealer, whoever that might be, like a BBW...

    Play Quasus, AKA lane Nasus. E max first, focus on pushing instead of stacking while building yourself into an unkillable tank. As soon as they ever leave lane take tower. Quasus is my go to pick for really killy top lanes like Trynd and Teemo, though I've had good success against Darius and etc..     I typically play it into huge hyper carries top, like Fiora or AD Renekton or Trynd - people who have to either go even or get fed to do well. Fizz top basically ensures they have a mediocre lane. Instead of cancer, it's like the chemotherapy I use to cure cancer.     Swain top against melee champions is one of the most hilarious things I've ever played so far. I run mana regen yellows and buy a dorans ring, max cripple first and then E, and just drop both spells any time the melee top gets close. They never get to farm, I never come close to running out of mana, and basically shitroll all over top.     I build Tiamat into hydra or boots because Noc really doesn't need more AS than you can get with his kit and runes. Plus, hydra is just the superior lifesteal and damage item in comparison to BORK. I've never not had the most farm in game with hydra on Noc. For ArPen, brutalizer is still a great value, but it only builds into ghost blade now. I'd rather wait for a Black Cleaver, which makes Noc literally inescapable even without ult and gives a good chunk of tank to go with it, and better...

    What's not to love about Noc in lane? Built in sustain in passive, spell shield for dueling which also passively increases AS, his trail increases AD and MS while on it AND removes unit collision, so when you hit your lane enemy you can charge right through wave. The fear is great because you can throw it on them while you're pursuing or trying to escape a fight. Finally, his ult makes a great roaming tool and is absolute murder in teleport ganks.
