Selethe's New Game+ in WbA has elements of that as well. There are others I'm not remembering off hand, so I'll add them later if I do.

 

Enembee's Harry Potter and the Forests of Valbone fits your requirement. It has a sequel- Vaults of Valbone, in the wba.

Both are absolutely fantastic works.

 

Seconding @CareOtters druid fic, that really is one of the pinnacles of it, it's amazing. Pretty much anything @Joe writes is worth a look too - Wastelands of Time is the first thing I read that just blew me away as far as crazy powerful magic is concerned, and his other stuff is pretty full with it as well.
