    Just read through this because it was updated and I think it an alright story, really long and it hasn’t even hit the second time skip the author mentioned previously.

    One somewhat sizable plot gripe I have is that I don’t get why itachi fostered so much hate for Konoha within naruto. The author stated that the Uchiha massacre occurred the same way it did in canon and in the second to last chapter itachi makes it clear that at some point he will ask naruto to do something which will go against the will of the Akatuski. It is heavily implied that it will be something to do with sasuke and likely something about the leaf. Maybe it just has to do with itachi’s idea of the best way to make someone grow stronger. As he made sasuke hate him to drive his growth he gave naruto Konoha. Is he’s gonna pull the rug and tell him he was lying about everything the entire time as he dies? I really can’t see naruto dealing with that with a level head after he watches sasuke kill Itachi.

    That being said the author has written a sakura I actually like and truly feels like the second main characters opposed to just a love interest.

    The next update probably won’t be any time soon either but I look forward to it when it comes.
