    Read it before quite a long time ago, but it still holds up as the best pure smut fic I've read. The fearful interplay between Harry/Hermione at the beginning makes the actual sexual acts that much more interesting to read. Certainly library-worthy Restricted Section material.

    This is among the best erotica I have ever read, and I must comment despite my late arrival to this thread. I think the author did a great job with pacing and building tension. Too many stories just dive into the 'action'. The characterization of Hermione and Harry felt authentic as well. I also like the fact that it happened over two days - it makes it more believable. I would definitely give 5/5.

    Easily one of the best Harry/Hermione works I've read. I'm not a fan of the pairing, but this fic is truly exceptional. The characterization felt real. The thoughts of the pair were explored before the smut began. That's what sets this one apart.

    Obviously, the sex was great too.

    I usually don't like the pairing Harry/Hermione, but this writer wrote it so well.
    It was a bit fast-paced, but I can't fault him for that. The story wouldn't be a one-shot, then. Great ending.
