Is there any good fanfics based in the Founder's era? And I don't mean any time travel stories where Harry's the heir of Slytherin/Merlin/Cthulhu/God with the power of 10,000 rainbows exploding out of his butt.

I'm looking for something that actually goes into how the founders met, how they created the school, and all the political ramifications that go with it.

Lord Ravenclaw started one years back. I remember enjoying it at the time, though I confess I've not read it in nearly a decade.
