We did get @Azrael's Little Helper in the Sleeper league, we saw Eido in this thread but he’s not in the app yet, waiting on @The Waco Kid (I’ll let @silentclock make the final determination on cutoff)

After an exhaustive search of old threads, I’m pretty sure @I Burn Water is one of the redraft-only guys. But I can’t for the life of me figure out who the other is.

Gonna bring this back up again. Whats that website that lets you select chunks of time you're available and spits out the common times?

If we’ve not heard back from our 2 redraft only guys by tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. ET, @Conquistador and @DarkAizen will get the slots.

I’ve emailed both through ESPN without response.

Half asleep and trying to find a link to whatever I need to be signing up for, but I'm against roster trimming too much. I built my entire team around basically throwing darts/stockpiling backups and would prefer it be something we look to do like two years down the road or very gradually instead of abruptly doing so now.

If we can get everyone to the draft, can we try auction this year?

I wouldn't mind trying superflex, but think it'd be kinda cruel in a 14 team league

just changes the value system, which keeps auction super interesting. Auction might block out too much of our time though, haven't heard of one that takes less than like four hours

I like auctions, but people need to realize that a 14 team auction draft will last a long fuckin time.

It'll make finding a common time even more annoying.

I meant more from the perspective that Superflex in a 14 is kinda out there. Superflex is usually more common in a 10 team (maybe a 12), because there are enough QB's to go around, plus backups. 14 w/ super flex means 28 QB's start per week probably, which is pretty much impossible when you get to bye weeks, much less someone gets hurt for the year week 2 you're done, since you don't have a backup

Getting hurt pushes a backup into a starter role :)

The 28 starting QBs number just emphasizes scarcity, but the point of a super”flex” position means that you can fill the position with any player.

I can see it being more of an issue in a snake draft where you might suddenly lose out on getting any startable QBs without having any input on it (ie taking an RB and then 24 QBs going before your next pick) but in an auction that just increases the nuance of planning and budgeting and responding to crazy people.

I'm more amenable to superflex than I am auction. Auction drafts just take way too long for how little free time I have these days and I'd probably have to pass on redraft this year if we went that route. I'd rather just do our usual like 1 qb 2 rb 3 wr 2 flex 1 te type of thing, if not going even deeper.
