This might sound weird, but my favorite parts of the HP books- and fantasy/sci-fi books in general- are the bits that don't have anything to do with the plot. My favorite parts are the world-building, character development, and when the characters are learning about magic.

Obviously, I don't mind if there's a plot, since I doubt there's any good fics out there without plots.

So my request is basically this: A decently long, cheerful (no angst please), fic revolving around world-building and character development.
