So I'm trying to pair the House Editions of the Harry Potter books with the perfect house in a vain attempt to ensure I buy only one set of them and not all four. I'm a bit stuck, however. Help a brother out.



Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone:

Duh. Gryffindor. This is when Harry gets sorted AND the Philosopher's Stone is red. Coincidence or destiny?


Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets:

Obviously Slytherin - snek house for the book about the giant snek.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban:

Uh.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire:

Literally the only time a Hufflepuff was ever relevant. The Goblet of Fire will burn ever-yellow in our boy Cedric's memory.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix:

Gryffindor seems to be a no-brainer here. Big red bird, bravery, trespass and destruction of government property.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince:

Slytherin seems pretty appropriate here.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows:

Uh.

Any thoughts? (By which I mean help me justify pairing Ravenclaw up with one of these, because I am lost)

 

I'd say PoA should be Hufflepuff because it's talking about loyalty and friendship with the whole past reveal of Sirius and Pettigrew and all that jazz.

Deathly Hallows should be Ravenclaw as they're learning about all these wizarding history macguffins and dealing with them.

 

Well Luna is quite important in Deathly Hallows, so Ravenclaw is justified for this one.

Prisoner of Azkaban is really Gryffindor-centred, even with the loyalty issue.

 

The best I could do was that the Ravenclaw house colour is blue, and dementors make everyone feel really blue. Hah.

 

Are these... printed on those eye-fucking color pages? It's just from the outside, right? I can't imagine reading against any of these backgrounds.

 

I mean, you could buy something else. If you want a living room that says, "I am a filthy mudblood" then by all means that's cool. To each their own and all.

OOTP is the Luna book, so obviously Ravenclaw.

I feel like the book would've been vastly improved if Harry did stick his dick into something/one, even if it was crazy
