I quite liked this fic. Made me feel nostalgic about the past. Great atmosphere. A well written slice of Tom Riddle's earlier life.

    4.5/5

That was quite good. Some parts felt a little trite, and/or overly melodramatic. But then, Tom is a kid, and kid's are melodramatic. This is, in particular, referring to the "listing" at the end, but keeping in mind it's a child, I suppose it's rather in character.

One thing I particularly enjoyed was Jackie's gift to Tom.

That was a great introduction for Nagini, that sparked some interesting interpretations of Nagini (and her interactions/actions with Tom) in canon.

Felt a little weird in several places, but overall it's pretty good. Good narrations, descriptions, and wonderful characterizations. Totally worth read.

A fun read -- 4.5/5 from me. A good look at one of the turning points in Tom's life and the bit with Nagini was pretty touching. Not quite 5/5 though, but given the length it's well worth anyone's time.
