Congratulations :) -- Safe for Work. Not safe for those weak in surviving the "cute." But if you're a true DLP member, suck it up.

    1 minute 44 second Video

Just a note: the "brushing" noises and the guy who looks like Snidely Whiplash are fucking epic.

8:54 Edit: Upon watching it for the thirty-second time, I found out the guy playing Snidely Whiplish is the fucking director, rofl.

8:59 Edit: Found another gem from "Lazy Town": 1 minute 47 second Video

Excellent video! The fact that it was just a page of HTML code didn't take away from the true genious of the video at all. A modern epic without a doubt.

No, seriously, the page didn't work for me.

Why do you hate us? That was so sappy my teeth hurt. And I don't think it was the brushing.

I couldn't watch it; I'm not manly enough *cries.* Seriously though, it was really boring. Maybe there was something I didn't get. Or it was interrupting the radio's song Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd I was listening to.

Try having fucking kids, you see the crap constantly. Then I get bitched at when I put on something violent so they don't wind up pussified like most of the current generation of kids, whose parents are terrified of things like cartoon violence.

Seems these days that parents are more worried about sex than violence. Kinda like Jan Jacksons nipple, corrupting the moral fiber of society. Many lulz.

I wouldn't claim being more manly at all Cerv.

My 'Macheismo Power' is dictated entirely by the amount the bar hopping woman before me wants me to have that particular night. ^_^

I think it's time someone went and revamped the British Dental Association.

Seriously, even the American Dental Association doesn't pull this type of shit. The worst we get is "ADA Approved!" on the back of all the dental products we buy.

    Heh, it wasn't that bad.

It just seemed like normal kids tv to me, but then I've seen a lot with my nephew recently. Although it strangely reminds me of Pee Wee, but maybe that's because of the creepy blue guy.

/is desensitized to this kind of stuff.

The first one didn't really bother me. The song was actually kind of catchy, I'll admit. The second one, though, brought back terrifying memories of Paris Hilton's fabulous song.

    *shudders*

    The second video was painful.

Okay, let me point out two problems here.

First: You're all admitting that you're incapable of watching a children's program without flinching. As Vash said, try having some kids. If you really think it's that bad, let me assure you that has absolutely nothing to do with the size of your penis. Really - it's a kid's show. If it were designed to be stimulating to the level that most of you are familiar, the girl would probably be about 15 years older, not wearing anything but the wig, and the pseudo-Clouseau would not be doing pushups in the same direction.

Second: To harp on my previous point, this show is not designed for 15-25 year-old males. It is designed for little girls who like pink and bubblegum pop music, and who could probably take the meanings of the songs as valid lessons in life. It might seem overly sappy and sentimental, but consider the intended audience. It's for little girls, who live every day as a drama like this. It's exaggerated because that's what keeps them coming back every day.

I've seen this show actually on TV while surfing a few times - not much longer than a few minutes, but let me tell you something - it's hard to take your eyes off the show. The bright colors and the bubbliness just draw your eyes, and the energy just pours from the cast. It's strangely good at drawing attention. Why rip on a show that's good at what it does, despite how lame you think it might be? It's not mediocre by any shot. You may not like it, but at least have the courage to acknowledge that it's not a piece of shit, and don't be needlessly disrespectful of a show that might actually teach some little kid something of value. This is a bash-fest worthy of an over-aggrandizing teen, not intellectuals like yourself.

    </rant>.

This is a symptom of the dumbing down of Western society. Well that and the lead based paint/pipes and fish that are filled with Mercury.

The second video is ridiculous, making a cake is an incredibly messy process no matter how organized your kitchen.

I grew up with Mr. Rogers constantly on. Never really cared for Barney the retarded purple dinosaur much though.
