    I've been trying for a while to get on IRC, but I'm unable to reach the DLP server. I've tried Java, Chatzilla, mIRC; nothing seems to work. Any help is welcome.

    Are you able to get on other irc servers?

    If not it might be a firewall problem.

    Try joining through SSL? Reinstall mIRC, and follow the setup tips that Sree and Raven give in the General Discussion thread that was started on this topic.
