The person I usually use had to cancel my current commission because of a personal emergency. I'm perfectly ok with that, but I still want it done. If anyone knows a good author who is willing to write it just let me know.

You may have more luck if you actually mention what it is you want to commission someone to write for you.

 

There's a very large difference if you want fluff vs action vs smut commissioned and commissioners tend to specialise so quality would vary greatly if the wrong guy gets recommended. There aren't a lot of generalist commissioners out there.
