    It was okay. I don't think I got what the author was trying to do with the gnome and stuff, so this story left me mildly confused.

    I think it was a play on the creature!Harry thing, only this time instead of a dragon/phoenix/vampirelord/whatever, the creature heritage was that of a garden gnome. I only got this because of an AN, though, not from the story itself.
