    Thanks to Xiph0, we have a new button set as well as many fixed or changed icons around the forum. Lets have a round of applause for him.

    As for IE6 users, you're out of luck. GIFs look like garbage, so we're using PNGs now.

    You'll have to clear your cache to see these new images.

    For those of you who don't see any change yet, you'll need to clear your cache.

    Firefox:

    Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network -> Clear Now

    Internet Explorer:

    Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Files -> Delete All Offline Content -> Ok.

    While I appreciate the effort and all that (they do look great), I prefer the old ones.

    It's not that they were necessarily better, but these news buttons are kind of inconsistent. The edit, quote, multi-quote, and quick reply buttons look odd placed next to the with their varying physical dimensions and colors.

    An improvement would be if they were all rectangular and had the same font size as the "New Reply" button, which I find orgasmic. It's so clean and perfect.

    Again, Xiph0, good work, but I think they could be better.

    Doesn't bother me, though I don't agree on the 'New Reply' button. I thought it should be bigger. It always had been a pretty big button compared to the rest, but this doesn't bother me all that much either.

    The dimensions were based off the originals for everything but the buttons.

    If they had the same font size, the text wouldn't fit. The only other way I can think of would be to put the words vertical, but that'd look shitty; and I'd have to use different sizes to get them to fit, anyway.

    Did most of it Saturday, the kinks today.

    I can understand that, but dude, you've been on the site twenty days to the day. What the hell?

    You joined in September. You have absolutely no basis for quoting "tradition." I can respect your opinion, but don't go about pretending you know anything of our tradition. Besides that, where's the tradition in keeping buttons that don't look as good as Xiph0's?

    They fit with the site and all, but I don't really care for them much. Good work though, Xiph.

    I like the new buttons, they look great; I do happen to dislike a few things about them:

    1) The decreasing size of the Quote, Multi-Quote and Quick-Reply buttons at the bottom right of a post. It's a little odd to look at, and the Quick-Reply button looks way too small in comparison to everything else.

    2) For some reason, the New Thread and New Reply buttons look...misaligned. They might have been like that before, but until the new buttons appeared, I never noticed it.

    Heh, they look nice. Those I like a little less are the "Go to last post" buttons. The green is a little garish for my taste. Other than that, good job.

    I like them but the only complaint I have is that the 'Go To First New Post' is too dark...Other then that nicely done Xiph0.

    go to new post button way too dark, as is sticky button, other then that it's decent. need to change the multi quote and quick reply buttons
