Nintendo is giving away copies of Pokemon X and Pokemon Y.

For those of you who don't have a copy of either, or who would like the missing one to get the matching set, this one is for you.

If you sign up for Club Nintendo and register your 3DS, 3DS XL, or 2DS system, along with one of six corresponding games, you will receive a free code for either Pokemon X or Pokemon Y.

This promotion runs for the duration of the month of March. You have until March 31st to register, and until May 31st to redeem the code.

The participating games are:

-Mario Kart 7
-Super Mario 3D Land
-Animal Crossing New Leaf
-Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D
-LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins
-Yoshi's New Island (upcoming, not yet released)

This particular giveaway does not seem to be limited to any particular retailer, and you don't seem to be required to purchase any of the relevant products during the time window, but merely register them with a Club Nintendo account.
