    (Post Your Video)

I follow about 20 different Chefs through youtube, blog, vlog, podcast etc. I like the look they take at the food scene and the fact that they keep it real, it's not some overly produce cinematic. Its real people doing real food, and its fucking delicious.

So, use this thread to post your favorite chef, or content from your favorite chef, I know everyone follows atleast one.

This video show noodle making, and sushi. @T3t You might like this since you like fish in your mouth.

A decent look at French food scene with a Rapper Ex Chef, Action Bronson, and his buddy Clovis. I the show Fuck That's Delicious, because Action Bronson is my spirit animal. He gets high all day, eats tons of good food, and makes music.

Now, I'm nothing like him. I do smoke tons of weed, and I'm a chef, but I can't rap.

I really don't like how he says Asparagus in this though.

And if that's not your thing, here's some Pizza.

This is a decent short series on all things pizza. The host is tolerable, and from Brooklyn so they show regional differences that are prevalent in pizza. Because not everything is PizzaHut.

I follow this youtube channel by a guy who remakes famous dishes from popular shows and movies. He goes really in depth with it and tries to make it as realistic as possible. All of the videos he's done have been amazing, even the ones about shows I haven't watched. Check out the list, I'm sure some of things he's done will appeal to all of you.

Here's one of him making burgers from Bob's Burgers.

Yeah, Binging With Babish is great. I liked the one he did today, Room Service from Mad Men. He goes through in detail making the pastry dough, which while you can buy pre-made, its a decent skill to have.

Oh I haven't watched that one yet.

This might not fit the theme, but I've also recently really gotten into the Hot Ones show on youtube. It's celebrity's being interviewed while eating increasingly hotter chicken wings. I even ordered some of the sauces (#3, #4, and #9) to try it out. The first two (Secret Aardvark and Queen Majesty Scotch-Bonnet and Ginger) are pretty good, the last one (Mad Dog 357) I'm saving to eat with some friends this weekend to see if we'll die or not.

Love the show, this is my favorite with Vince Staples.

Yeah, Sean Evans has quite a few specials on Youtube that I follow. I like him for more than just Hot Ones, but it's his most popular content.

Throw back to 1940's America, as dictated by Gordon Ramsey.

Beef Wellington used to be the dish to have if you were wanting to fill fancy. I remember some of my mother's old cookbooks having like four different ways to cook it for the "modern housewife."

    @Sauce Bauss

Video for sauces. And a mention for Sauce. :3
Protip: Don't mince garlic like this guy does. Only thing I disagree with.

Its a good way to nick your finger. Blood in your food is bad, m'kay.

Just smash, and then rough chop, then come back across for a finer mince.

Mfw this bro used butter instead of extra olive oil as a finisher in his marinara sauce.

It works. Especially when you're wanting to add fat. But yeah. Olive oil.

I make butter beer for the kids. Non alcoholic though. I'll have to try that one for myself.

You might find this useful then. Do you have Allspice?
Nutmeg, you could sub small amounts of dried ginger. I'd not go fresh, it has a more citrus like quality then. Dried is more earthy, which is what you get when you use nutmeg.

If not allspice, use some cassia, cloves, or mace, which is the dried exterior of nutmeg.

Any of those have a similar taste profile to cinnamon. Its overrated anyways. I only like cinnamon rolls.
Better yet, if you need cinnamon, use cinnamon liquor. Do you have liquor stores in your country, even shithole third worlds have liquor.
