Is there a (good) fanfic where Rita Skeeter raises Harry?

Like "when in doubt, obliviate" where gilderoy Lockhart raises Harry. He still is, well, himself but does a decent job.

Looked in the scryer but wasn't sure which keywords to use.

 

I've seen an unfinished fic called The Scoop of a Lifetime, but that's it.
