Does anyone know any stories similar to Hogwarts Battle School. Something where harry is smart and strategic but still really needs to work towards his goals. Something with good action scenes would be great.

I don't want a fanfic were Harry always does things the first time he tries.

 

You might be interested in checking out The Skitterleap. It is similar in the sense that both stories have wizards being trained for combat rather than focusing on other fields of magic. There are a good amount of action scenes throughout the story.

I read a really good one where Harry goes to another school which has a brutal combat system, if i can find the name ill post it as soon as possible.
